Medieval America!

For the Summer of 2018, possibly longer Will is traveling all across the United States visiting castles, talking to blacksmiths and much more. You can follow along on his youtube channel or you can follow along here on this website.

Episode 5: Two New England Castles by Searles

The Castles are Searles Castle in Windham New Hampshire and Searles Castle in Great Barrington. I got some great pics, video and information about these castles in the video.



Episode 10: Four Castles in New York

We travel south down the Hudson River toward New York City and visit four castles along the way. They are Wings Castle, Bannerman Castle, Osborn Castle and Lyndhurst Mansion.



 

Episode 17: Pennsylvania

We visit several medieval buildings including Grey Towers Castle in Milford, Bryn Athyn Cathedral (Gothic Style Cathedral), Fonthill Castle in Doylestown, Carnegie Library in Braddock and
Buhl Mansion in Sharon.



 

Episode 18: Ohio

Two castles, a blacksmith and a museum are what we visit in Ohio.



 

Episode 19: Michigan

We visit several sites in Michigan including Curwood Castle, Frankenmuth and the medieval weapons and armor at the detroit institute of art.



 

Episode 20: Kentucky Castle

It is a wonderful hotel, restaurant and event center with a distinct southern hospitality and charm.



 

Episode 22: North Carolina

We travel to Durham to visit Duke Chapel then to Asheville for a visit to the famous Biltmore Estate.



 

Episode 23: Georgia

We travel to Atlanta Georgia and take a look at two castles - Rhodes Hall and Mclaughlin Castle.



Episode 24: Florida

In this episode I travel to the beautiful state of Florida.
